Future Sound of the Underground

Earth City Recordz have released a very fine compilation called Future Sound of the Underground. We have a tune on it, Battleship al Qahira, which will be on our own forthcoming release, War on Terra. There are a total of sixteen great tunes served up here, all from our musical world of breaks, dub, dubstep, drum ‘n’ bass etc, most with a global beats vibe. One or two tunes also slide into more dancey trance-influenced territory. The kind of music we like!
Standout tracks for me are Vaata by Sound Shikari, Qalander by Celt Islam, and Midnight (Sufi Mix) by Cheb Semnil but there’s not a duff or out-of-place tune in the whole batch. The album is £7 well spent. Get some!
